Nobody is required to be at home for delivery. We can leave the box at your door or wherever is specified in the
special instructions box.

Privacy and Security
Veggiexpress takes your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information we collect allows us to fulfil the services you have asked us to provide. All information is stored on secure servers.
The type of information collected will vary depending upon the level of services you request. A request for 30 day credit requires more information than those who join our mailing list. Typical information collected is name, address, telephone contacts, email address and product preferences. Credit card details, although collected are not stored unless you specifically request us to do so. That is why we need contact phone numbers in order to process credits.
All information collected from this web site will not be shared with or sold to another organisation unless you consent or we are required to disclose by law. Veggiexpress will not accept any responsibility for the use of any information that has been obtained through unauthorised access.
Payment Policy
All prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. Payments will only be accepted in Australian dollars.
Details Required for a Return:
Email us at returns@Veggiexpress.com.au providing full details of:
Order ID
Order date
Your name
Your email address
Your daytime phone number:
Reason for return (faulty, wrong size, etc)
Please include the original order/invoice with the return
Returns Policy
Freight for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Undamaged items must be returned in their original condition including labels and tickets within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or credited by Veggiexpress. If the parcel is damaged in transit do not hesitate to decline acceptance and advise Veggiexpress so an immediate replacement can be sent.
Veggiexpress staff will be required to contact you in order to process a refund.
Refunds
You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed. This may take 5 days from receipt of merchandise. Refunds will occur in the identical manner as the original purchase was made. i.e. a purchase made by credit card will be refunded on the same credit card. Similarly cheques will be forwarded to the address of the original purchase.
Note:
Freight will not be refunded.
Credit card (Visa and Mastercards) refunds will incur a 3% fee.
Fraudulent Use of Credit Card
Although we make every effort to eliminate credit card fraud Veggiexpress cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of credit card details obtained during processing of credit card transactions.
